High-Efficiency 2KW Liquid-Cooled DC-DC Converter for Electric Vehicles

The Ovartech DC/DC converter series is designed for on-board installation in a wide range of electric vehicles, with permanent connection to the vehicle battery. These high-voltage DC-DC converters support an input voltage range of 108Vdc to 800Vdc, efficiently converting high voltage to low voltage to power vehicle auxiliary systems. A standard 12Vdc output is available, with precise output voltage adjustable via CAN communication commands.

Suitable for power requirements from 1kW to 12kW (with parallel operation), our high-voltage DC-DC converters maintain stable performance across a wide operating temperature range: -40°C to +45°C for air-cooled models and up to +65°C for liquid-cooled versions.

Comprehensive protection functions include input UVLO, input OVLO, reverse polarity protection, current limiting, output short-circuit protection and over-temperature protection. The CAN communication interface enables remote control, including activation and deactivation of the units through communication messages.
