Professional 1KW DC-DC Converter for EV & HEV
The Ovartech DC/DC converter series is designed for a wide range of electric and hybrid vehicles, intended for on-board installation and permanent connection to the vehicle battery. These high-voltage DC/DC converters support an input voltage range of 108Vdc to 800Vdc, efficiently converting high voltage to low voltage to power vehicle auxiliary systems. A standard 12Vdc output is available, with precise output voltage adjustable via CAN communication commands.
Suitable for power requirements from 1kW to 12kW (through parallel operation only), the high-voltage DC/DC series maintains stable performance across a wide operating temperature range: -40°C to +45°C for air-cooled models and up to +65°C for liquid-cooled versions.
Comprehensive protection functions include input UVLO, input OVLO, input reverse polarity protection, current limiting, output short-circuit protection and over-temperature protection. The CAN communication interface supports remote control, allowing the units to be enabled or disabled via communication messages.
