This on-board charger series is engineered to meet the efficiency, robustness and safety demands of electric vehicle battery charging applications. It supports a wide AC input voltage range of 85–265V, enabling reliable global deployment across different regional power grid standards. The unit features an intelligent charging mode, which automatically regulates the output voltage through CC/CV/cut-off stages to adapt to various EV battery charging profiles. Comprehensive built-in safety protections are included: short-circuit, over-voltage, over-current and over-temperature protection, ensuring stable and secure operation throughout the charging cycle.
