The Ovartech CAD112DF400-14302B bidirectional 11kw OBC DC-DC integrates a high-frequency 11kW battery charger and a 3kW DC-DC converter into one compact unit. This two-in-one bidirectional 11kw OBC DC-DC design effectively reduces installation space, product weight and wiring complexity, helping you lower the overall costs of inventory management, on-site installation and after-sales service.
The bidirectional 11kw OBC DC-DC is equipped with an intelligent charging mode, which automatically regulates the output voltage through CC/CV/cut off stages to match various EV battery requirements. Comprehensive protection functions are built-in, including short-circuit, over-voltage, over-current and over-temperature protection, ensuring stable and safe operation of the bidirectional 11kw OBC DC-DC throughout the charging cycle.
The integrated CAN-bus interface enables real-time data transmission, reliably sending charging status, interlock connection details, as well as disconnection and fault alarm messages to the Vehicle Control Unit (VCU) through the Battery Management System (BMS).
The CAD662DF400-14202B charger series, designed to work with the bidirectional 11kw OBC DC-DC, fully complies with international standards including SAE J1772 and IEC 61851.
