The 22kW OBC 200-500Vdc boasts a wide AC input voltage range of 152–456V, enabling global deployment across different regional power grid standards. This 22kW OBC 200-500Vdc is equipped with an intelligent charging mode, which automatically regulates the output voltage through CC/CV/cut off stages to match diverse EV and marine battery charging profiles. Comprehensive built-in protections are included: short-circuit, over-voltage, over-current and over-temperature protection, guaranteeing stable and safe operation throughout the charging cycle.
The integrated CAN-bus interface supports real-time data transmission. It reliably sends charging status, interlock connection details, as well as disconnection and fault alarm messages to the Vehicle Control Unit (VCU) via the Battery Management System (BMS).
