High-Efficiency 1.5KW DC-DC Converter for EV & HEV<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The Ovartech DC\/DC converter series is designed for on\u2011board installation in a wide range of electric and hybrid vehicles, with permanent connection to the vehicle battery. These high\u2011voltage DC\/DC converters support an input voltage range of 108Vdc to 800Vdc, efficiently stepping down high voltage to power vehicle auxiliary systems. A standard 12Vdc output is available, with precise output voltage adjustable via CAN communication commands.<\/span><\/p>\n

Suitable for power requirements from 1kW to 12kW (using parallel operation), the high\u2011voltage DC\/DC series maintains full performance across a wide operating temperature range: -40\u00b0C to +45\u00b0C for air\u2011cooled models and up to +65\u00b0C for liquid\u2011cooled versions.<\/span><\/p>\n

Comprehensive protection features include input UVLO, input OVLO, input reverse polarity protection, current limiting, output short\u2011circuit protection and over\u2011temperature protection. The CAN communication interface allows remote control, including enabling and disabling the units via communication messages.<\/span><\/p>\n
