6.6KW 11KW 22KW EV On-Board Charger | Reliable OBC Series The Ovartech CAD662DF-400A is a realible 6.6KW on-board charger (OBC) designed for electric vehicle battery charging with superior efficiency, robustness and safety. It supports a wide AC input voltage range of 85~265V, making it suitable for global use, while its high-efficiency design delivers a more economical charging solution. This intelligent charger features automatic CC/CV charging with precise voltage control and automatic cut-off to protect and extend battery life. It provides full protection functions including short-circuit, over-voltage, over-current and over-temperature protection during operation. The CAN-bus interface transmits real-time data such as charging status, interlock condition and fault alerts to the VCU (Vehicle Control Unit) via the BMS (Battery Management System), enabling intelligent vehicle energy management.Compliant with SAE J1772 and IEC 61851 international standards, the CAD662DF-400A series comes with an IP67 rating, ensuring stable and reliable performance in harsh operating environments.
