The Ovartech CAD222DF-400A 22kW OBC 200-500Vdc series is engineered for electric vehicle and electric marine battery charging, with high efficiency, robustness and operational safety as core design priorities. The 22kW OBC 200-500Vdc boasts a wide AC input voltage range of 152–456V, enabling global deployment across different regional power grid standards. Its high-efficiency charging performance significantly reduces energy consumption, making the entire charging process more cost-effective for large-scale production.
This 22kW OBC 200-500Vdc is equipped with an intelligent charging mode, which automatically regulates the output voltage through CC/CV/cut off stages to match diverse EV and marine battery charging profiles. Comprehensive built-in protections are included: short-circuit, over-voltage, over-current and over-temperature protection, guaranteeing stable and safe operation throughout the charging cycle.
The integrated CAN-bus interface supports real-time data transmission. It reliably sends charging status, interlock connection details, as well as disconnection and fault alarm messages to the Vehicle Control Unit (VCU) via the Battery Management System (BMS).
The Ovartech CAD222DF-400A charger series fully complies with international standards including SAE J1772 and IEC 61851. With an IP67 protection rating, this 22kW OBC 200-500Vdc performs stably in harsh and demanding operating environments typical of automotive and marine applications.
